In our latest podcast we spoke to Kate Highfield, an academic from Charles Sturt University, about opportunities for rich learning in Mathematics and STEM in early childhood. Research shows that a country’s capacity to innovate and depends on a foundation of math and science learning. In order to build a strong foundation, Kate says we need to start exploring STEM concepts in the early learning years.
