This workshop focuses on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS). It is designed to support professionals who are new or returning to the sector or simply need a refresher. The session will provide an overview of the NQS including how it fits within the NQF, the assessment and rating process, Quality Improvement Plan and how the EYLF fits within this process. The second part of the workshop will focus on the EYLF in more detail including ways of developing curriculum and planning formats using this Framework.

Working in conjunction with the Inclusion Agency (IA) these sessions will be an ongoing commitment to the inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families into your setting. It is expected that you will be able to commit to these Yarnin Circles with attendance on a monthly basis.
