Event description

This webinar will explore the requirements for documentation in outside school hours care centres, including aspects of the National Quality Standard and My Time: Our Place Framework for School Age Care.

This 2 part webinar includes

·         Discussing the value and practicalities of documentation in outside school hours care

·         Highlighting a variety of strategies for creating authentic documentation

·         Discussing the way in which documentation can be use din purposeful ways in the program

The webinars will be held on the following dates:

About the presenter

Gayle Dodd has an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management and an Associate Diploma in Social Studies (Child Studies). She has had 23 years in Early and Middle Education and Care settings as both an educator and coordinator. Collaborating with children, families and other educators is an aspect which particularly resonates with Gayle as she values the sharing of stories, culture and the important role of families in children’s development. Gayle draws on popular culture, visual arts, current research & approaches to co-create innovative, challenging and enriching programs for children.
